About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Chief Human Resources and Operations Strategist to drive business growth through strategic planning, talent acquisition, and HR operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that align with our overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies and initiatives that support organisational growth and success.
- Lead process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Agile to enhance HR operational effectiveness.
- Implement new HR technologies and systems to improve data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and employee self-service options.
The ideal candidate will establish data-driven approaches to measure and analyse HR performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience through improvements in HR processes, policies, and programs.
Compliance and Risk Management- Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and monitor service level agreements to ensure compliance and value for money.
- Develop and implement controls to mitigate risks related to data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with employment laws.
The successful candidate will optimise recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent, reduce time-to-fill, and improve the new hire experience.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 days' holiday (increasing by 1 per year up to a total of 30), life cover under the Pension Plan, DMGT Discounts, subsidised canteen, Employee Assistance Programme, and more.
