About the Role

- The ideal candidate will have a caring and compassionate approach and be able to build strong relationships with residents.
- In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
As a Resident Care Associate, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver person-centred care and ensure that residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, ensuring residents' dietary needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care plans and progress.
- Participate in recreational and social activities with residents, promoting mental and physical stimulation.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a holistic approach to care.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of care policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support new staff members during their induction period.
