Home Care Support Worker

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated home care service in Mitcham as a Home Care Support Worker. As a compassionate and reliable individual, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities and errands.
• Ensure clients' comfort and well-being at all times.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Monitor and record clients' health and progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements:
• Must hold a full driving licence and have your own vehicle.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• A caring and empathetic nature is essential.
• Willingness to undergo training is required.
