About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Care Assistant and make a real difference in people's lives. As a Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing personal care duties, administering medication, and supporting customers with daily tasks.
You'll have the flexibility to work around your own schedule and choose between full-time or part-time work, making it an ideal role for those who value work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality care and support to customers in their own homes
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administering medication and ensuring customers take their prescribed medication correctly
- Supporting customers with mobility issues and assisting with manual handling, where required
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care and support
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A valid UK driving license and access to a car (for some roles)
- The right to work in the UK and excellent English language skills
