Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is an award-winning recruitment agency that has an exciting opportunity available for a Band 5 Child Nurse. We are seeking a qualified RGN with a passion for delivering great care to children to join our team in the PICU department at a reputable hospital in Bristol.

About the Job

This is a 3-month contract position that requires the successful candidate to have a valid NMC registration and previous experience in PICU. The nurse will work closely with the team to deliver excellent, child-centred care and provide respiratory and cardiovascular support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement individualised care plans for each patient
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and patients
  • Provide respiratory and cardiovascular support as needed
  • Care for patients before and after operations
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on a 37.5 hour week and assuming 12 hours of overtime per week. In addition to the competitive salary, the successful candidate will also receive generous benefits including:

  • Days: £33.37 per hour
  • Saturdays/Nights: £44.24 per hour
  • Sundays/Bank Holidays: £55.09 per hour
