Job Title:

Electrical Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team at Aeropeople Ltd.

Estimated Salary:

£55,000 per annum dependent on experience and location.

Location:

Aeropeople Ltd has multiple sites across the UK.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct load flow, short circuit, and stability analysis of electrical power systems.
  • Manage and analyse the electrical load budget.
  • Develop and validate electrical models.
  • Collaborate with multi-discipline teams, suppliers, and stakeholders on power system matters.
  • Prepare technical reports, calculations, and presentations communicating results and advising recommendations.
  • Develop and mentor other team members.
About You:
  • Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in electrical engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership.
  • Knowledge of high power and medium voltage power systems and distributions.
  • Experience conducting electrical load budget and load flow analysis.
  • Understanding of power system analysis software tools (e.g., ETAP, Simulink/Simscape, MATLAB).
  • Stakeholder management experience.
