Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve resident enquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including handling customer correspondence, filing, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer care strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs, with excellent keyboard skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
