Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Behaviour Support Associate. You will work closely with teachers to address the unique challenges faced by each pupil, helping them overcome barriers to learning.

Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement behaviour plans that meet the individual needs of pupils.
  • Provide one-to-one support to pupils with challenging behaviour, helping them to develop strategies to manage their emotions and behaviours.
Requirements:
  • GCSE's in Maths and English, grade C or above
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to working
  • Ability to build relationships with pupils & young people
  • Ability to work successfully with pupils with challenging behaviour
  • Driving Licence
  • Negotiation Skills
  • High expectations of others
  • Resilience
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Will to undertake training
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
