School Behaviour Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Support Manager to join our behaviour team at We Manage Jobs(WMJobs). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing intervention support with discipline matters, administrative tasks, and parental liaison work.
As a Behaviour Support Manager, you will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher, Heads of Year, and Senior Behaviour Manager to maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Your expertise in behaviour support and management will be essential in ensuring the well-being and safety of students.
The ideal candidate will have experience in behaviour management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with parents and staff members. A strong understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures is also required.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
