Job Description

Job Summary: As a Mental Health Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and recovery of our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care plans, support patient rehabilitation, and promote a culture of compassion and understanding.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with mental health conditions
  • Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote recovery and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD)
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in mental health nursing
