Senior Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) Opportunity in Nottingham

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading PICU mental health hospital in Nottingham. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients on our acute wards.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position with flexible shift patterns, offering a range of working hours to suit your needs.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the provision of excellent patient care, promoting positive teamwork, and contributing to the development of our nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised patient care plans, taking into account their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and maintain effective communication channels, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • To contribute to the development of nursing policies, procedures, and guidelines, maintaining high standards of care and promoting evidence-based practice.
  • To participate in educational activities, including training sessions, workshops, and conferences, to enhance knowledge and skills.
About You:
  • You must be a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a valid NMC registration and a minimum of 1 year's experience in mental health nursing.
  • You should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • You must be self-motivated, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality care, with a passion for developing your skills and knowledge.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £41,475 - £44,648 per annum (£21.26 - £22.89 per hour), plus a welcome bonus of £5,000.

Salary Details: £41,475 - £44,648 per annum, depending on experience.
