Healthcare Compliance Specialist

The position is based in Bromley and requires a minimum of 2 years UK healthcare recruitment compliance experience. As a key member of the compliance team, you will be responsible for supporting the healthcare compliance function with the onboarding of new healthcare workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build an accurate record of candidate's compliance status, following processes and procedures.
- Ensure files meet required standards.
- Conduct identification checks, verify documentation, and apply for references.
- Verify registrations and qualifications.
- Apply for DBS Certificates and complete online checks.
- Conduct face-to-face and online interviews.
- Collate candidate documentation in line with framework requirements.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
