Job SummaryThis is a part-time role for 23 hours a week, requiring flexibility in shift patterns. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and planning skills, including risk management, and be proficient in using a PC with software and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist assessment and treatment (hand therapy) for outpatient cases.
- Cover flexible shifts within the agreed schedule.
The successful candidate will have advanced training or recognised qualifications in hand therapy, including knowledge of CSP/RCOT codes and guidelines, Care Standards Act, and Care Quality Commission requirements. They will also demonstrate a professional manner at all times, be enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to succeed.
