About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to join our Assured Position, Navigation and Timing (APNT) team within the Global Sensors Mission Area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing digital systems for our military customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop requirements to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with system engineers to design electronic subsystems and architectures.
  • Create and verify schematic designs, PCB layouts, and component selections.
  • Work with embedded software engineers and mechanical engineers to integrate designs into products.
  • Generate supporting design documentation and perform regular technical reviews.
Requirements
  • Experience with embedded digital electronics and microprocessor systems.
  • Experience with ADC/DAC, memory devices (SRAM, Flash), and FPGAs/SoC technologies.
  • Experience in creating prototypes and turning them into production hardware.
  • Experience with high-speed interfaces and signal technologies (LVDS, JESD).
  • Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely to others.
  • Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Openness to learn and try new techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
