We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator to join our Pharmacy Homecare Team at Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our homecare services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced administrative role. You will be responsible for coordinating duties related to pharmacy homecare services, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the Homecare and Medicines Management Teams.

Main Responsibilities

  • To assist in the coordination of duties relating to pharmacy homecare services, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • To maintain accurate records and databases related to homecare services, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • To provide administrative support to the Homecare and Medicines Management Teams, including ordering, filing, and participating in audit work.
