Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Armstrong Knight. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

About the Position:
  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of between 130-200 properties, ensuring timely completion of tasks and excellent communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Arrange compliance, GSI, ESI, PAT, and EPC, as well as apply for PRPL - Private Rented Property Licences with various boroughs.
  • Book and check Management Inspections, negotiate the return of deposits between landlord and tenant, and advise utility companies of meter readings.
  • Co-ordinate estimates and undertake repairs by contractors, negotiate and co-ordinate renewal contracts, and prepare tenancy agreements.
  • Serve section 21 notices, take over new files after the holding deposit has been taken from the Lettings teams, and collect documentation from landlords and tenants.
  • Arrange for TOB to be completed, sent, and signed, process referencing with Homelet, and arrange quotation for pre-let works including cleaning.
  • Book in appointments for works/cleaning to commence.
