**About the Role**
Lionsgate Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety policy that meets the company's needs and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct regular site visits to assess health and safety standards and identify areas for improvement
* Create and maintain all necessary documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safe working procedures
* Ensure that all employees receive adequate training and are aware of their health and safety responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to improve health and safety performance
**Requirements**
* At least 3 years of experience in a health and safety management role, preferably in the civil engineering industry
* NEBOSH qualification and IOSH certification are essential
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, including ISO 9001
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
