About the Role

The Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Leadership team on Creedy Ward. As a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in the running of our acute ward, which is a tertiary referral centre.

Our ward has been awarded 'Outstanding' by the CQC and prides itself on delivering excellent patient care. We work closely with surrounding hospitals, including Intensive Care Units, and have a strong focus on developing our staff through clinical practice facilitation.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with at least 3 years' experience in Renal Medicine and competence in both Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and have a strong leadership style, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team on Creedy Ward, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure the smooth running of the ward
  • Provide education and training to staff on Haemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis
