Electrical Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified electrician to join our team as an Electrical Assessor. As an Electrical Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and observations of learners in both the workplace and classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting assessments and observations of learners
  2. Providing constructive feedback and support to learners
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date assessment records and documentation
  4. Collaborating with the training team to develop and improve assessment materials
  5. Keeping up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in electrical installations

Requirements:

  1. Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years' electrical installations experience.
  2. Full driving licence
  3. Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Nurturing and encouraging person
  6. Professionalism to make a good teacher
  7. A flexible, hard-working individual who is passionate about making a difference
  8. Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards of teaching
  9. Happy to undergo a DBS check

What We Offer:

An annual salary starting at £33,000 depending on experience for electricians with no lecturing experience. A leading business is looking to train qualified electricians to become Electrical Assessors for apprentice electricians within their award-winning centre. They will fund your teaching qualifications to become an electrical lecturer, and you'll be mentored by other team members.
