Electrical Assessor

We are seeking a qualified electrician to join our team as an Electrical Assessor, responsible for conducting assessments and observations of learners in both the workplace and classroom settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting assessments and observations of learners to ensure they meet the required standards
- Providing constructive feedback and support to learners to help them improve
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date assessment records and documentation
- Collaborating with the training team to develop and improve assessment materials
- Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in electrical installations
- Fully qualified electrician with at least three years of electrical installations experience
- Full driving license
- Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Annual salary starting at £33,000 depending on experience
