Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEN Administrator to join our dedicated team at Wayman Learning Trust. As an SEN Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of SEN provision, liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies to support the learning and development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the SEN team, ensuring the efficient management of SEN records and documentation.
  • Liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies to coordinate SEN provision, including meetings, assessments, and reviews.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of SEN policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Support the SEN team in the delivery of SEN services, including the coordination of resources and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of SEN provision, including student files and progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar SEN Administrator role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures.
  • A clear DBS check.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
