About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will work with our clients in the comfort of their own homes, providing companionship, support, and assistance with daily living tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and social interaction for our clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light domestic duties, and personal care
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities
- Administering medication and providing support with prompt medication
- Providing emotional support and being a listening ear for our clients
Requirements:
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Reliable and punctual with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic with a caring attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
