About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Taunton and Wellington. As a Care Professional, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of care and support services to clients, including personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
