Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced care assistants to work with a young gentleman with an acquired brain injury in the comfort and safety of his own home. As a support staff member, you will join our complex care team and work long-term with one or a small number of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, including medication management and meal preparation.
  • Support the client with community access and day-to-day well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the client's needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of professional care experience in a UK healthcare setting.
  • Experience working with complex care clients.
  • Confident in working with children and making shifts engaging.
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
