Main Responsibilities:

To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within designated work areas and their environs, adhering to specified standards and guidelines.

Key Tasks:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning of all floors, walls, furniture, fittings, and appliances, following established methods and frequencies.
  • Perform non-cleaning tasks and resident-related duties as specified by the Registered Manager.
  • Report any faults or defects within the building's fabric to the Registered Manager or Deputy Team Manager in a timely manner.
  • Work under Health and Safety Guidelines and C.O.S.H.H., storing toxic substances safely and appropriately.
  • Ensure domestic equipment is in good order and report any repairs or faults to the Registered Manager.
  • Prepare a monthly list of cleaning materials and submit it to the Registered Manager.
  • Maintain a secure environment at the end of the assigned working period.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance personal role development.
  • Treat clients' personal possessions with respect.

Additional Responsibilities:

Undertake additional duties as required by the Chief Executive or Director of Operations in exceptional circumstances.
