We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager with a strong background in finance and administration to join our team on a part-time basis. This permanent role is based in Cirencester and offers a competitive salary of £40-45,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing day-to-day financial tasks, including monthly payroll, budgets, and VAT returns. They will also possess excellent administrative skills, with the ability to manage personnel files, insurance, and office leases.

They will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing the accounting function, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. We are looking for an individual who is qualified or part-qualified AAT and has previous experience with Sage 50 and payroll.

You will work closely with an experienced and friendly board of directors to ensure the success of the business. You will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the company, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial planning.
