Job Summary:

We are currently seeking three part-time Therapeutic Child Carers to join our team at a residential service in Welshpool. As a Therapeutic Child Carer, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of young people's progress and experiences.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' experience working with vulnerable children or young adults. A diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as social work or youth care, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
