Job Title: Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Senitor Associates Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing customer relationships to drive growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint
* Manage and nurture customer relationships, focusing on growth and retention
* Collaborate with customers, clients, and internal teams to efficiently identify, analyze, document, and resolve issues, ensuring satisfactory outcomes for all parties
* Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in products, services, and the overall customer experience
* Utilize CRM systems, Excel, and relevant IT tools to support operational efficiency
* Apply analytical skills to review and identify potential efficiencies or improvements in service delivery
* Produce accurate and insightful customer updates for the Operations Team Manager, Head of Department, and Board of Directors on a weekly and monthly basis

Requirements:

* Based in the Southwest and comfortable with remote work
* Willing to commute for customer-facing meetings 3-4 times per month
