Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and develop the estate agency profile in a designated core area, leveraging targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develop strong local relationships, focusing on business generation, marketing your personal brand, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Oversee the end-to-end service for customers, from valuation to completion of sale, ensuring seamless customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with the local property centre, learning and development team, and industry-leading marketing to drive business success.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of estate agency experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK, with evidence of right to work in the form of a passport/birth certificate, proof of address, and national insurance number.
