We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency Business Partner to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing and canvassing strategies to increase business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local business contacts and stakeholders
  • Utilize a super hub office and marketing budget to convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions
  • Oversee the sales process from valuation to completion, utilizing the support of a nearby hub office
  • Manage a diary to provide customers with support at their preferred time
