About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Finance Assistant and contribute to our continued success. As a member of our finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely processing of bespoke payments and all associated reporting.

Your responsibilities will include processing payments, carrying out daily reporting, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure payments lists remain current, collaborating with the finance team to ensure the accuracy of incentive accruals, and processing manual payments requested by the Accounting Operations team.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary up to GBP29,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, including a workplace pension scheme, hybrid working, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), and options to purchase and sell up to 5 days holiday per year (pro rata). Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background in mathematics, preferably to A Level (or equivalent) standard.
  • An excellent working knowledge of Excel and analytical skills.
  • The ability to prioritise your own workload, take ownership of tasks, and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The capacity to multi-task and work to multiple deadlines.
