**About Us**
Sweet Lavender Flowers is an award winning, small floristry business in the Village of Ashtead, Surrey. We are professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is to create contemporary & traditional displays.

**Main Duties**:

- Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and other special events
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate flowers and arrangements
- Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
- Arrange and display flowers in a visually appealing manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer enquiries and concerns
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and track orders
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Creativity and artistic ability to design unique floral arrangements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Sales skills to promote products and upsell to customers
- Excellent telephone manner
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential

**Please note -**:

- Uniform will be provided
- Interview process includes a trial shift
- Days and hours are flexible dependent upon availability

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 21 per week
