Job Summary:

Investigo Change Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our Finance team in a hybrid working environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to department heads, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and present monthly management accounts, providing insightful analysis and commentary on financial performance.
  • Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key trends and potential risks.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Month-End Close: Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
  • Financial Support: Collaborate with department heads to provide financial support and guidance, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Qualification: Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience: Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within a fast-paced or complex business environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software; experience with financial modelling is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-finance stakeholders.
