Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, retaining and developing relationships, and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client relationships to meet business goals and budgets.
- Develop and implement account management plans to ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to maximize business opportunities and drive sales.
- Use data effectively to drive proposals and understand client performance.
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective account management techniques.
- Experience in retail finance or a similar industry.
- UK Driver License.
- Ability to travel daily within your assigned territory.
- Knowledge of FCA regulations.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
- Experience with CRM software.
