About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hybrid Pensions Administrator to join our team, based in the UK. As a key member of our Members Pensions team, you will provide critical support to the Trustees of our Contributory Pension fund.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordinating pension Trustee meetings, drafting agendas and minutes within required timescales;
  • Assisting with the annual audit process, preparation of the pension scheme accounts and business plan reporting;
  • Monitoring Fund expenditure and checking invoices, as well as supporting contract management of Trustee-appointed suppliers.
