Job Title: Property Investment Advisor

Join our team at Real Consulting as a Property Investment Advisor and take on a challenging role that requires expertise in financial services, property, and real estate.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our investment team. As a Property Investment Advisor, you will be responsible for analyzing new investment opportunities, supporting the management of portfolio companies, and identifying key risks and mitigants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active involvement in the analysis, structuring, and execution of deals with a focus on asset evaluation and business modelling
  • Design and execution of due diligence workstreams, including commercial, technical, financial, tax, and legal
  • Market research and analysis to identify key risks and opportunities
  • Preparation and review of sophisticated operational and financial models, and investment committee presentations
  • Support in raising debt and equity funding for new investment opportunities and portfolio companies
  • Management of portfolio companies, including internal and external reporting
Requirements
  • High achiever with excellent academic background and 2-5 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a similar field
  • Good knowledge of real estate fundamentals and hotel and/or healthcare experience a plus
  • Demonstrable experience in applying modelling techniques to financial issues, including the development of sophisticated financial models
  • Exceptional technical skills and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to quickly absorb and assess large amounts of information and work independently
