Sales Growth Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join our Littlehampton-based team, focusing on driving revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities and the development of client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- To create and present sales proposals that meet customer needs, while working collaboratively with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our customers' needs, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, accompanied by proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- A competitive base salary of approximately £42,000, supplemented by commissions and bonuses.
- The opportunity to work in a collaborative and innovative team environment, with access to benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
