Sales and Account Development Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales and Account Development Manager to join our team in Littlehampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process. They will work closely with our sales team to deliver tailored solutions and meet sales targets.
The estimated salary for this position is between £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Create and present sales proposals that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet targets.
- Report sales performance to management and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
