We are recruiting for a Homecare Assistant to join our lovely team at Amica Care Trust. As a Homecare Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for ensuring visitors, residents and families all receive a great first impression of our home, keeping residents' rooms and common areas clean and tidy, providing a personal laundry service to all residents, and carrying out other general tasks within the home.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have high standards and take pride in your work. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential. However, you will need to have a high attention to detail, ability to follow and understand instructions, and a welcome and approachable working style. You will also need to have a great team work ethic, good attention to detail, and above all a compassionate nature.

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, a welcome bonus of up to £1,000, an Employee Assistance Programme, monthly employee recognition, discounts at online retailers, a cycle to work scheme, social events, and a friendly and supportive working environment.
