Care Support Worker

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, including seniors and those with specific medical conditions. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in patient care or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and medication administration
- Ability to manage challenging behaviors with patience and empathy
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility
- Familiarity with home care practices and procedures
- Experience in dementia care is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
