About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Business Support Officer to work in our family hubs across the borough. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to managers and front-line staff, ensuring the effective delivery of our Early Help Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a warm welcome to visitors and responding to enquiries in a confident and constructive manner;
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant databases in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Organizing and managing complex documents, reports, and correspondence using standard formats and software;
  • Coordinating IT issues and accommodation needs for the building;
  • Reporting on service performance and providing data for management information purposes;
  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service by maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to managers and front-line staff.
