We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Nightingale Groundcare Ltd. As a key member of our grounds maintenance department, you will be responsible for leading a team of grounds maintenance operatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of grounds maintenance operatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our commercial clients.
- Plan and prioritize daily site works to ensure the team's work is of the highest professional standard.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide guidance to team members.
- Ensure all team members have the necessary training and equipment to perform their duties safely and effectively.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to ensure the upkeep of commercial properties.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in grounds maintenance, with a proven track record of leading a team.
- PA1/PA6 pesticides certification.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
Working Hours: 5-day week, including some Saturdays, 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM. During the winter months, you will be required to work nights/weekends on a rotor to carry out winter gritting/snow clearance for our commercial clients. This is paid at double the hourly rate.
