As a Project Engineer in our dynamic Engineering team, you will be entrusted to lead projects from start to finish. Your role will cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment/processes and the motivation of the people working at our plant and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Design, implement, and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and eliminate or reduce losses through making process or work system changes.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope and execution strategy for business expansion opportunities or new product initiatives.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share and reapply learning across processes, modules, and plants – you will be a key part of a wider Product Supply organization, learning from others and sharing best practice.

Job Qualifications:

We are looking for university graduates who have recently completed a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with some experience post-graduation, either in a manufacturing or an engineering environment will also be considered.

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
