Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Trainee Audiology Practitioner. This role is perfect for those looking to start their career in the hearcare industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, working closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences. You will also have the opportunity to participate in clinical activities along the customer pathway once you have completed the relevant training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service to our customers
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Participate in clinical activities along the customer pathway (after completing relevant training)

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to provide fantastic customer service. Previous experience in a healthcare or retail environment is not essential, but it is desirable.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £9.50 per hour, plus benefits. Our starting salary is based on the National Living Wage, plus an additional 20p per hour. You will also have access to industry-leading training, equipment, and support to ensure your success in this role.
