Clinical Ultrasound Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Ultrasound Specialist to support our Diagnostic services across the Midlands & South-East. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality care and fostering excellence in ultrasound practice, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
About the RoleThis position involves undertaking ultrasound procedures in line with existing modality specific clinical guidelines and protocols (aligned with RCR & SOR Standards). You will also provide training and support for trainee Sonographers in all areas of scanning and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking ultrasound procedures in accordance with established clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Providing expert training and guidance to Sonographers in scanning and reporting techniques.
- Collaborating with the Operational Management Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Investigating and responding to service user complaints as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ultrasound and relevant clinical experience. A Postgraduate Diploma in Ultrasound or equivalent qualification is required, along with registration with a relevant professional body such as HCPC, SOR, or RCT.
Salary: £48,000 per year.
We offer a competitive salary package, including company pension and on-site parking. This role is suitable for someone who is experienced in performing and managing ultrasound clinical audits.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with day shifts. A full UK driving license is required.
