Clinical Excellence in Theatre

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Tunbridge Wells Hospital.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload, utilizing different equipment and facilities, which are all state-of-the-art. They will also supervise, support and develop junior members of staff, delivering high-quality care and experiences for patients.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is up to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a varied caseload, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
  • Supervise and support junior members of staff, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring clinical effectiveness, evidence-based practice, and patient-centeredness.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the relevant governing body (e.g., NMC or HCPC).
  • Relevant qualifications and experience, including post-registration experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Flexibility and motivation to meet the demands of the role.
