Telesales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing Team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads for Ruckus Networks and identifying sales opportunities through proactive outbound call activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling existing customers, leads, and prospects to generate new business opportunities
  • Fact finding and establishing key stakeholders and decision makers within an organization
  • Profiling customer records and updating the CRM to support marketing criteria
  • Data cleansing and accurate data entry to CRM
  • Building credible relationships and establishing trust and rapport with customers
  • Presenting the benefits of Ruckus Networks and identifying new cross/upsell opportunities

Requirements:

  • Ability to persuade and influence effectively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Tenacity and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and CRM management
