Telesales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our Sales and Marketing Team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales growth through proactive outbound call activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calling existing customers and prospects to identify sales opportunities and build relationships
  • Fact finding and establishing key stakeholders and decision makers within organisations
  • Profiling customer records and updating the CRM to support marketing criteria
  • Data cleansing and accurate data entry to CRM
  • Building credible relationships and establishing trust and rapport with customers
  • Presenting the benefits of Ruckus Networks and identifying new cross/up-sell opportunities
  • Working alongside the Networks partners and Sales and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
  • Ability to persuade and influence effectively at all levels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Tenacity and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and CRM management
  • Self-motivation and high-energy levels to drive sales growth
  • Data entry skills and organisational skills to track leads and follow-ups
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills and ability to effectively prioritise tasks and workflow
