Assistant Manager, Operations Coordinator

The Assistant Manager role at Wickes is a dynamic position that requires a supportive manager who can empower their team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Every day brings something different, from supporting customers in creating their dream kitchens to safely unloading deliveries alongside the team. This is a permanent and full-time position, working 39 hours per week.
About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at Wickes, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You'll focus on swiftly resolving any queries you come across, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied. You'll also have the opportunity to support customers in creating their dream kitchens and work alongside your team to ensure smooth deliveries.
What We Offer
- Salary from £25,680.00
- Up to 7.5% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus
- Various shift patterns to suit you
- Up to 10% employer pension contribution
- Up to 35 days of annual leave including 8 days of bank holidays
