Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Waiting Staff to join our dedicated and passionate restaurant team at THE PIG - at Harlyn Bay, Padstow, Cornwall.

About the Role

As a Waiting Staff member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will work closely with our kitchen team to deliver a daily changing menu, which showcases the best of seasonal produce grown within our own kitchen garden and sourced from local suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a daily changing menu and ensure that dishes are presented to the highest standard.
  • Manage tables and ensure that guests receive their food and drinks in a timely manner.
  • Upsell and promote our menu and drinks offerings to increase revenue.
  • Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
